Responsibilities
- Perform routine maintenance on roads, sidewalks, and public facilities
- Operate light machinery (mowers, trimmers, snow removal equipment)
- Assist with park beautification and landscape maintenance
- Respond to weather emergencies (snow, ice, storm cleanup)
- Support construction and repair projects as assigned
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and OSHA standards
- Complete daily equipment inspections and maintenance reports
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Valid driver's license with clean driving record
- Ability to operate hand tools and light machinery safely
- Physical stamina for outdoor work in all weather conditions
- Basic knowledge of municipal infrastructure systems preferred
