Responsibilities
- Perform routine maintenance of streets, sidewalks, and public infrastructure
- Operate heavy equipment (sweepers, trucks, mowers) safely and efficiently
- Respond to weather emergencies (snow removal, storm cleanup)
- Manage waste collection and recycling programs
- Conduct park and facility upkeep activities
- Adhere to OSHA safety protocols and city regulations
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Valid Wisconsin Class B Commercial Driver's License (CDL)
- Minimum 2 years equipment operation experience
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds and work in extreme weather
- Basic mechanical knowledge for equipment troubleshooting
- Clean driving record and background check clearance
