Responsibilities
- Operate heavy machinery (excavators, bulldozers) under supervision
- Perform manual labor including excavation, grading, and paving
- Maintain construction sites with safety protocols
- Assist in road repair, sidewalk installation, and drainage projects
- Collaborate with crew members for efficient project completion
- Conduct daily equipment inspections and maintenance
- Follow OSHA safety guidelines at all times
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED)
- Valid driver's license
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds repeatedly
- Willingness to work outdoors in all weather conditions
- Basic math skills for measurements and material calculations
- Pass pre-employment physical and background check
- Team player with strong communication skills
- CDL Class B license preferred (training available)
