Responsibilities
- Perform manual labor for infrastructure maintenance and construction projects
- Operate light equipment (saws, jackhammers, compactors) safely and efficiently
- Assist in road repairs, drainage systems, and park maintenance
- Follow strict safety protocols and OSHA standards
- Load/unload materials and maintain clean job sites
- Collaborate with crew leads and other team members
- Document work progress and complete required paperwork
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Valid California Driver's License
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds regularly
- Experience with construction tools and equipment preferred
- Basic knowledge of safety standards
- Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions
- Pass pre-employment physical and background check
- Must be authorized to work in the United States
