Responsibilities
- Perform manual labor tasks including excavation, paving, and street repairs
- Operate light machinery (e.g., jackhammers, compactors) with proper training
- Assist in maintaining parks, sidewalks, and drainage systems
- Follow strict safety protocols and OSHA guidelines
- Collaborate with crew members on daily project assignments
- Report maintenance issues and infrastructure concerns
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED)
- Valid Florida Driver's License required
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds repeatedly
- Willingness to work outdoors in all weather conditions
- Pass pre-employment physical and drug screening
- Basic mechanical aptitude preferred
