Responsibilities

  • Perform Routine Street Maintenance: Patch potholes, clean catch basins, and sweep streets to ensure safe travel conditions.
  • Maintain Public Infrastructure: Inspect and repair traffic signs, guardrails, and lighting fixtures throughout the city.
  • Park and Grounds Care: Maintain athletic fields, parks, and green spaces, including light landscaping and litter removal.
  • Snow and Ice Removal: Operate plows and salt spreaders during inclement weather to clear roads and sidewalks.
  • Machinery Operation: Safely operate heavy machinery, such as backhoes, dump trucks, and mowers, following all safety protocols.

Qualifications
