Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end infrastructure projects including roads, utilities, and public facilities
- Oversee project budgets, schedules, and resource allocation
- Coordinate with contractors, engineers, and regulatory agencies
- Ensure compliance with federal/state regulations and county policies
- Lead project teams and conduct regular performance reviews
- Prepare detailed progress reports for county leadership
- Implement risk mitigation strategies for project challenges
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or related field
- 5+ years of project management experience in public works
- PMP certification or equivalent professional designation
- Strong knowledge of Arizona construction regulations and permitting
- Proven ability to manage multi-million dollar budgets
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
- Experience with project management software (MS Project, Primavera)
