Responsibilities
- Manage municipal infrastructure projects including road maintenance and water systems
- Coordinate with federal/state/local agencies for compliance and funding
- Conduct field inspections and prepare technical documentation
- Develop and implement public works improvement plans
- Oversee contractor performance and project timelines
- Prepare budget reports and grant applications
- Ensure adherence to OSHA and environmental regulations
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or Public Administration
- 3+ years government/public sector experience
- Valid California Class C Driver's License
- Proficiency in GIS mapping and project management software
- Strong knowledge of federal/state/local procurement processes
- Ability to obtain security clearance if required
- Excellent written/verbal communication skills
