Responsibilities
- Design and implement quantum-AI hybrid algorithms for enterprise-scale applications
- Lead cross-functional teams in integrating quantum processors with classical AI frameworks
- Develop error-correction protocols for quantum neural networks
- Research and prototype novel quantum machine learning architectures
- Collaborate with hardware teams to optimize quantum-AI co-design
- Author white papers and patents for quantum-AI integration methodologies
- Mentor junior researchers in quantum computing principles
Qualifications
- PhD in Quantum Computing, Physics, or Computer Science (or equivalent experience)
- 3+ years of hands-on quantum algorithm development
- Expertise in Python/C++ with quantum frameworks (Qiskit, Cirq)
- Published research in quantum machine learning or quantum AI
- Deep understanding of quantum error correction and fault tolerance
- Experience with large-scale distributed computing systems
- Strong background in neural networks and deep learning architectures
