Responsibilities
- Design and implement quantum-AI hybrid architectures for enterprise applications
- Develop error-correction protocols for quantum machine learning models

- Establish governance frameworks for ethical quantum-AI deployment

Qualifications
- PhD in Quantum Computing, AI, or Computational Physics (or equivalent experience)
- 5+ years developing quantum algorithms or advanced ML systems
- Expertise in quantum programming languages (Q#, Qiskit, Cirq)
- Deep understanding of quantum error correction and fault tolerance
- Proven track record deploying AI models at scale (TensorFlow/PyTorch)
- Familiarity with quantum hardware (IBM Quantum, Rigetti, IonQ)
- Published research in quantum machine learning or related fields
- Certification in quantum computing or advanced AI (AWS/Azure/GCP quantum tracks)
