Responsibilities
- Design and implement quantum neural network architectures for 2026-era computing challenges
- Lead research in quantum error correction and fault-tolerant algorithms
- Develop hybrid quantum-classical machine learning frameworks
- Collaborate with hardware teams to optimize quantum-coherent processors
- Author white papers and peer-reviewed publications on quantum AI breakthroughs
- Mentor junior researchers in quantum information theory
- Secure $5M+ in government/private research grants
Qualifications
- PhD in Quantum Computing, Physics, or Computer Science (or equivalent experience)
- 3+ years hands-on quantum algorithm development experience
- Published research in top-tier quantum computing journals
- Proficiency in Qiskit, Cirq, or similar quantum SDKs
- Deep understanding of tensor networks and quantum machine learning
- Experience with superconducting or photonic quantum processors
- Strong background in complex systems optimization
- Track record of translating theoretical models into practical implementations
