Responsibilities
- Design and implement hybrid quantum-AI frameworks for complex problem-solving
- Lead cross-functional teams to develop quantum machine learning algorithms
- Translate quantum computing innovations into scalable commercial applications
- Drive R&D initiatives in quantum-resistant cryptography and optimization
- Present strategic roadmaps to C-suite executives and venture partners
- Collaborate with MIT and Stanford on next-gen quantum-AI protocols
Qualifications
- PhD in Quantum Computing, AI, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- 5+ years in quantum algorithm development or AI research
- Proficiency in Qiskit, Cirq, or similar quantum frameworks
- Expertise in transformer architectures and quantum neural networks
- Published research in top-tier quantum/AI journals
- Experience with high-performance computing clusters
- Strong background in cybersecurity and encryption standards
