Responsibilities
- Design and optimize quantum algorithms for NISQ-era hardware
- Develop hybrid quantum-classical computing frameworks
- Collaborate with hardware teams to align algorithmic solutions with quantum processor capabilities
- Lead research initiatives in error correction and fault tolerance
- Create technical documentation and patent novel quantum methodologies

Qualifications
- PhD in Quantum Computing, Physics, or Computer Science (MS with 5+ years experience)
- Proficiency in quantum programming languages (Qiskit, Cirq, Q#)
