Responsibilities
- Design and implement fault-tolerant quantum computing architectures for enterprise applications
- Develop quantum algorithms for optimization, simulation, and machine learning breakthroughs
- Collaborate with hardware teams to integrate quantum processors with classical computing frameworks
- Lead research initiatives in quantum error correction and coherence optimization
- Create technical roadmaps for quantum adoption across finance, healthcare, and logistics sectors
- Mentor junior quantum engineers and publish cutting-edge research in peer-reviewed journals
- Secure $10M+ in research grants for quantum innovation initiatives
Qualifications
- PhD in Quantum Physics, Computer Science, or related field (MS with exceptional experience considered)
- 5+ years of experience in quantum computing architecture or quantum algorithm development
- Proficiency with quantum programming languages (Q#, Qiskit, Cirq)
- Deep understanding of quantum error correction and fault-tolerance techniques
