Responsibilities
- Design scalable quantum computing architectures for commercial and research applications
- Lead the integration of quantum processors with classical computing systems
- Develop quantum error correction protocols for fault-tolerant operations
- Collaborate with hardware teams to optimize qubit coherence times
- Create quantum algorithm blueprints for cryptography and simulation applications
- Present quantum computing roadmaps to executive stakeholders
- Mentor junior quantum engineers in emerging technologies
Qualifications
- PhD in Quantum Physics, Computer Science, or related field with 5+ years industry experience
- Proven expertise in quantum circuit design and quantum algorithm development
- Deep understanding of quantum error correction and fault-tolerant systems
- Experience with quantum programming languages (Q#, Qiskit, Cirq)
- Strong background in superconducting or photonic quantum computing platforms
- Published research in peer-reviewed quantum computing journals
- Ability to translate complex quantum concepts for technical and non-technical audiences
