Responsibilities
- Design and implement scalable quantum circuit architectures for enterprise applications
- Lead R&D initiatives in quantum error correction and qubit stabilization
- Develop hybrid quantum-classical computing frameworks for real-world deployment
- Collaborate with hardware teams to optimize cryogenic system integration
- Present quantum breakthroughs at international conferences and patent innovations
- Mentor PhD-level researchers in quantum algorithm development
- Establish industry partnerships for quantum cloud service expansion
Qualifications
- PhD in Quantum Physics, Computer Science, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- 5+ years in quantum computing research with published papers in Nature/Science
- Expertise in quantum algorithms (Shor, Grover, QAOA) and quantum machine learning
- Proficiency with Qiskit, Cirq, and quantum simulation frameworks
- Experience with superconducting qubit systems and cryogenic engineering
- Track record of securing $1M+ in quantum research funding
- Deep understanding of NISQ-era limitations and fault-tolerant design principles
