Responsibilities
- Develop and execute a comprehensive 2026 AI Strategy aligned with company-wide business objectives.
- Analyze complex datasets to predict market shifts and technological advancements.
- Lead cross-functional workshops to translate technical capabilities into business value.
- Oversee the integration of predictive modeling into core product development cycles.
- Present high-level forecasting reports to the C-suite and board of directors.
- Identify emerging AI trends (e.g., Generative AI, Autonomous Systems) relevant to the 2026 horizon.
- Establish key performance indicators (KPIs) for AI adoption and forecasting accuracy.
Qualifications
- Master’s degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Business Analytics, or a related field.
- Minimum of 7 years of experience in AI strategy, data science, or a senior technical leadership role.
- Proven track record of defining long-term technical roadmaps (3-5 year outlook).
- Deep expertise in Python, R, or SQL, with experience in forecasting libraries (e.g., Prophet, Scikit-learn).
- Exceptional communication skills, capable of articulating complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- Demonstrated success in leading diverse teams and managing high-stakes projects.
- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) is highly preferred.
