Responsibilities
- Design fault-tolerant quantum computing architectures for enterprise applications
- Develop quantum algorithms solving optimization problems in finance and logistics
- Lead cross-disciplinary teams of physicists, engineers, and data scientists
- Implement error correction protocols for 1000+ qubit systems
- Partner with AWS/Azure quantum teams on hybrid cloud deployment strategies
- Secure patents for novel quantum hardware-software interfaces
- Mentor junior quantum engineers in emerging technologies
Qualifications
- PhD in Quantum Physics/Computer Science or equivalent experience
- 5+ years developing quantum algorithms or quantum error correction systems
- Proficiency in Qiskit, Cirq, or similar quantum frameworks
- Published research in quantum supremacy or topological quantum computing
- Expertise in cryogenic engineering and quantum control systems
- Strong Python/C++ skills with low-level hardware experience
