Responsibilities
- Architect Next-Gen AI Systems: Design scalable, robust, and efficient neural network architectures for large-scale deployment.
- Research & Development: Spearhead R&D projects focused on LLM optimization, reinforcement learning, and edge computing integration.
- Technical Leadership: Mentor a team of senior data scientists and engineers, fostering a culture of innovation and excellence.
- Strategic Roadmapping: Define the technical roadmap for AI capabilities, aligning them with the company's 2026 vision and long-term goals.
- Model Optimization: Reduce latency and computational costs while maximizing model accuracy and output fidelity.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with product management and security teams to ensure ethical AI implementation and compliance.
Qualifications
- Education: Masterβs or PhD in Computer Science, Mathematics, or a related field (PhD preferred).
- Experience: 7+ years of experience in machine learning, deep learning, or AI research.
- Technical Proficiency: Deep expertise in Python, PyTorch, TensorFlow, or JAX. Experience with distributed computing systems (Kubernetes, AWS/GCP/Azure).
- Architecture Skills: Proven track record of designing end-to-end AI pipelines and productionizing research models.
- Innovation Mindset: Demonstrated ability to think abstractly and solve unstructured problems with novel solutions.
- Communication: Exceptional ability to communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
