Responsibilities
- Architect scalable quantum algorithms for real-world applications in cryptography and material science
- Lead cross-functional teams of physicists and software engineers to implement quantum error correction protocols
- Design fault-tolerant quantum processors with >99.9% fidelity targets
- Develop hybrid quantum-classical computing frameworks for enterprise clients
- Secure $5M+ in government and private quantum research grants
- Publish breakthrough research in Nature Quantum Information
Qualifications
- PhD in Quantum Physics, Computer Science, or related field with 5+ years industry experience
- Published research on quantum supremacy or topological qubits
- Expertise in Qiskit, Cirq, or equivalent quantum programming frameworks
- Proven track record of leading quantum hardware integration projects
