Responsibilities
- Design scalable quantum computing architectures utilizing superconducting qubits and photonic systems
- Develop error-correction protocols to achieve fault-tolerant quantum computation
- Create hybrid quantum-classical algorithms for optimization and machine learning applications
- Collaborate with hardware teams to integrate quantum processors with classical computing frameworks
- Lead quantum security implementations for next-generation cryptographic systems
- Mentor junior engineers in quantum programming languages like Q# and Cirq
- Conduct research on quantum advantage applications in finance, logistics, and drug discovery
Qualifications
- PhD in Quantum Physics, Computer Science, or related field with 5+ years industry experience
- Expertise in quantum algorithms (Shor's, Grover's, VQE) and quantum error correction
- Proficiency in quantum programming frameworks (Qiskit, Cirq, Q#) and Python
- Published research in top-tier quantum computing journals or conferences

- Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional technical projects
