Responsibilities
- Design fault-tolerant quantum algorithms for enterprise-scale optimization problems
- Develop hybrid quantum-classical computing architectures for real-world applications
- Lead cross-functional teams in implementing quantum solutions across finance, logistics, and pharmaceuticals
- Establish quantum security protocols resistant to future cryptographic threats
- Research and integrate emerging quantum technologies (topological qubits, photonic processors)
- Create quantum simulation frameworks for molecular modeling and drug discovery
- Mentor junior researchers in quantum machine learning applications
Qualifications
- PhD in Quantum Physics, Computer Science, or related field with 5+ years industry experience
- Published research in quantum error correction or topological computing
- Proficiency in quantum programming languages (Qiskit, Cirq, Q#) and classical HPC frameworks
- Deep understanding of quantum entanglement and decoherence mitigation techniques
- Experience with quantum hardware integration (IBM Q, Rigetti, IonQ)
- Strong background in complex mathematical modeling and algorithm optimization
- Proven track record of deploying quantum solutions in production environments
