Responsibilities

- Lead cross-functional teams of physicists, engineers, and software developers
- Drive quantum hardware-software co-design initiatives with industry partners
- Author technical white papers and peer-reviewed publications on quantum breakthroughs
- Secure patents for novel quantum computing methodologies and systems
Qualifications
- PhD in Quantum Physics, Computer Science, or related field with 5+ years industry experience
- Published research in top-tier quantum computing journals (Nature, Science, etc.)
- Expertise in quantum error correction, fault-tolerant designs, and quantum algorithms
- Proficiency with quantum programming frameworks (Qiskit, Cirq, Q#)
- Experience leading quantum hardware development projects with 100+ qubit systems
