- Design scalable quantum architectures with 100+ qubit coherence capabilities
- Develop fault-tolerant quantum circuits for real-world commercial applications
- Lead quantum-algorithm integration with classical HPC infrastructure
- Drive quantum security protocols for post-quantum cryptography systems
- Collaborate with hardware teams on cryogenic control system optimization
- Present quantum roadmaps to C-suite executives and government stakeholders
- Secure $10M+ in quantum research grants through NIH/NSF proposals
Qualifications
- PhD in Quantum Physics, Computer Science, or related field
- 5+ years experience in quantum algorithm development
- Published research in Nature/Science on quantum coherence
- Proficiency in Qiskit, Cirq, and quantum circuit simulation
- Expertise in topological quantum computing models
- Certification in quantum machine learning frameworks
