Responsibilities
- Design scalable quantum architectures with 1000+ qubit capabilities
- Develop hybrid quantum-classical algorithms for optimization problems
- Lead cross-functional teams in prototyping quantum-resistant security protocols
- Collaborate with NASA and DARPA on space-based quantum computing initiatives
- Architect error-corrected quantum systems operating at millikelvin temperatures
- Drive innovation in quantum machine learning frameworks
- Secure patents for breakthrough quantum hardware-software integration
Qualifications
- PhD in Quantum Computing, Physics, or Electrical Engineering
- 5+ years experience with superconducting qubit systems
- Expertise in Qiskit, Cirq, and quantum circuit optimization
- Published research in Nature/Science journals on quantum decoherence
- Proficiency in cryogenic engineering and RF pulse control
- Deep knowledge of quantum error correction codes (surface, color codes)
- Experience securing $10M+ R&D grants
