Responsibilities
- Design scalable quantum-resistant cryptographic systems for enterprise clients
- Lead cross-functional teams in developing quantum-secure communication protocols
- Research and prototype novel quantum algorithms with 10+ qubit stability
- Collaborate with hardware teams to optimize quantum-classical hybrid architectures
- Present findings at industry conferences and publish in top-tier journals
- Mentor junior researchers in quantum information theory
Qualifications
- PhD in Quantum Computing, Physics, or Computer Science (or equivalent experience)
- 5+ years in quantum algorithm development or quantum cryptography
- Proficiency with Qiskit, Cirq, or similar quantum programming frameworks
- Publication record in quantum computing or related fields
- Experience with quantum error correction techniques
- Deep understanding of quantum supremacy benchmarks
- Security clearance or willingness to obtain government clearance
