- Collaborate with Fortune 500 partners to prototype quantum solutions for real-world problems
- Develop quantum error correction protocols to enhance computational stability
- Mentor junior researchers and foster a culture of scientific innovation
Qualifications
- PhD in Quantum Physics, Computer Science, or related field with 5+ years of industry experience
- Proven expertise in quantum programming languages (Qiskit, Cirq, Q#) and hardware platforms
- Published research in top-tier journals (Nature, Science, etc.) on quantum information theory
- Strong background in linear algebra, complex systems, and high-performance computing
- Experience securing $1M+ in government or corporate research grants
- Demonstrated ability to translate theoretical concepts into scalable prototypes
