Responsibilities
- Design & Development: Architect and implement robust machine learning pipelines and scalable algorithms using Python and modern frameworks.
- Model Optimization: Continuously monitor, evaluate, and optimize existing models to improve accuracy, latency, and efficiency.
- Data Strategy: Collaborate with data engineering teams to ensure high-quality data ingestion, cleaning, and transformation processes.
- Collaboration: Partner with product managers and software engineers to integrate AI capabilities into user-facing applications seamlessly.
- Research: Stay abreast of the latest research in AI/ML and evaluate new technologies to drive innovation within the company.
- Mentorship: Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior data scientists and engineers on the team.
Qualifications
- Education: Masterβs degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, Statistics, or a related field (PhD preferred).
- Experience: 5+ years of professional experience in machine learning, data science, or a similar technical role.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in Python (PyTorch, TensorFlow, Scikit-learn) and SQL.
- Cloud Proficiency: Strong experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP) and containerization (Docker, Kubernetes).
- Problem Solving: Demonstrated ability to tackle complex, unstructured problems with data-driven solutions.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to translate technical concepts for non-technical stakeholders.
