- Secure $2M+ annual research funding through grant proposals and industry partnerships
- Mentor PhD-level researchers and publish findings in top-tier journals
- Develop roadmaps for quantum advantage in commercial sectors
- Present breakthrough findings to C-suite and external stakeholders
Qualifications
- PhD in Quantum Computing, Physics, or Computer Science from Tier 1 institution
- 5+ years of hands-on quantum hardware/software development
- Published research in Nature/Science or equivalent top-tier journals
- Expertise in superconducting qubits and quantum error correction
- Proven track record of securing government/industry research grants
- Experience leading cross-functional technical teams of 10+ members
- Deep knowledge of quantum cryptography and optimization algorithms
