Responsibilities

- Develop error-correction frameworks achieving >99.9% fidelity
- Mentor a team of 5 PhD researchers in quantum machine learning

Qualifications
- PhD in Quantum Physics, Computer Science, or related field (postdoc preferred)
- 5+ years hands-on experience with superconducting qubits or ion traps
- Published research in top-tier quantum computing conferences
