Responsibilities
- Design and implement quantum algorithms for optimization problems in cryptography and machine learning
- Lead experimental validation of quantum hardware prototypes in cryogenic environments
- Develop error-correction protocols to achieve fault-tolerant quantum computation
- Publish research in leading scientific journals and present at international conferences
- Mentor junior researchers and cross-functional engineering teams
- Collaborate with industry partners to translate theoretical discoveries into practical applications
Qualifications
- PhD in Quantum Physics, Computer Science, or related field with 3+ years research experience
- Expertise in quantum circuit design and quantum programming languages (Q#, Qiskit)
- Proficiency in quantum error correction and fault-tolerance methodologies
- Strong background in linear algebra, probability theory, and statistical mechanics
- Demonstrated ability to publish peer-reviewed research in quantum computing
- Experience with cryogenic systems and quantum hardware integration
- Passion for solving complex problems with quantum advantage
