Responsibilities
- Design and implement novel quantum algorithms for optimization and simulation challenges
- Lead cross-functional research initiatives in quantum error correction and fault tolerance
- Develop hybrid quantum-classical machine learning frameworks for enterprise applications
- Collaborate with hardware engineers to translate theoretical models into scalable quantum circuits
- Author peer-reviewed publications and whitepapers for top-tier scientific journals
- Mentor junior researchers and contribute to quantum computing curriculum development

Qualifications
- PhD in Quantum Physics, Computer Science, or Mathematics with 3+ years research experience
- Expertise in quantum programming frameworks (Qiskit, Cirq, Q#) and quantum circuit design
