Responsibilities
- Design and implement quantum algorithms for optimization, simulation, and machine learning applications
- Lead cross-functional R&D projects in quantum error correction and fault-tolerant systems

- Collaborate with government agencies on quantum security initiatives and post-quantum cryptography
- Publish 3+ peer-reviewed papers annually in Nature/Science journals

Qualifications
- PhD in Quantum Physics, Computer Science, or Mathematics with 5+ years of quantum research
