Responsibilities
- Design and implement novel quantum algorithms for optimization and simulation problems
- Lead research in quantum error correction and fault-tolerant systems
- Develop quantum-classical hybrid computing frameworks for real-world applications
- Collaborate with hardware teams to translate theoretical models into practical quantum processors
- Publish high-impact research in Nature/Science journals and present at IEEE Quantum Week
- Mentor junior researchers and drive quantum literacy initiatives
- Secure patents and partnerships for commercial quantum solutions
Qualifications
- PhD in Quantum Physics, Computer Science, or related field with 3+ years postdoc experience
- Expertise in quantum programming (Qiskit, Cirq, Q#) and quantum circuit optimization
- Published research in top-tier quantum computing journals (e.g., Quantum, PRX Quantum)
- Strong background in linear algebra, quantum mechanics, and complexity theory
