Responsibilities
- Design and implement quantum algorithms for optimization and simulation problems
- Conduct advanced research in quantum error correction and fault tolerance
- Collaborate with hardware engineers to develop quantum processor architectures
- Publish findings in leading scientific journals and present at international conferences
- Lead cross-functional teams to translate theoretical models into practical applications
- Secure external funding through NSF and DARPA grant proposals

Qualifications
- PhD in Physics, Computer Science, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- 3+ years of hands-on quantum computing research experience
- Expertise in quantum circuit design and quantum machine learning

- Strong publication record in peer-reviewed quantum computing journals
