Responsibilities
- Design and implement novel quantum algorithms for complex optimization problems
- Lead cross-functional teams in developing next-generation quantum hardware prototypes
- Publish groundbreaking research in top-tier journals and industry conferences
- Secure and manage multi-million dollar research grants from NSF and DARPA
- Mentor PhD candidates and junior researchers in quantum physics and computer science

Qualifications
- PhD in Quantum Computing, Physics, or Computer Science (or equivalent experience)
- 3+ years of hands-on experience with quantum programming languages (Qiskit, Cirq, etc.)

- Expertise in quantum error correction and fault-tolerant systems
