Responsibilities
- Design and implement quantum algorithms for real-world applications in cryptography and optimization
- Lead research on quantum error correction and fault-tolerant architectures
- Collaborate with hardware teams to co-design quantum processor architectures
- Publish peer-reviewed papers and present findings at top-tier conferences
- Secure patents for novel quantum methodologies and systems
- Mentor junior researchers and cross-functional innovation teams
- Identify emerging quantum threats and develop countermeasures
Qualifications
- PhD in Quantum Computing, Physics, or Computer Science (or equivalent experience)
- 3+ years of hands-on quantum algorithm development experience
