Responsibilities
- Design and implement quantum algorithms for optimization and simulation problems
- Conduct experimental research on quantum hardware systems and error correction techniques
- Develop scalable quantum software architectures compatible with emerging quantum processors

Qualifications
- PhD in Physics, Computer Science, or related field with quantum computing focus
- 3+ years of hands-on experience with quantum programming frameworks (Qiskit, Cirq, or Q#)
- Deep understanding of quantum mechanics principles and quantum information theory
- Proven track record of publishing in quantum computing research
- Expertise in at least one classical programming language (Python, C++, or Java)
- Familiarity with quantum hardware platforms (IBM Quantum, Rigetti, or IonQ)
- Strong analytical skills with ability to solve complex mathematical problems
