Responsibilities
- Design and implement novel quantum algorithms for optimization and simulation problems
- Lead error-correction protocols to achieve fault-tolerant quantum computation
- Develop hybrid quantum-classical computing frameworks for industrial applications
- Publish peer-reviewed research in Nature/Science journals and present at IEEE conferences
- Collaborate with hardware teams to translate theoretical models into physical implementations

Qualifications
