Responsibilities
- Design and implement quantum algorithms for optimization, simulation, and cryptography applications
- Lead research in quantum error correction and fault-tolerant systems
- Develop hybrid quantum-classical machine learning frameworks
- Collaborate with hardware teams to optimize quantum circuit performance
- Publish findings in peer-reviewed journals and present at international conferences
- Drive open-source quantum computing initiatives and contribute to developer ecosystems
- Mentor junior researchers and foster cross-functional innovation
Qualifications
- PhD in Physics, Computer Science, Mathematics, or Quantum Information Science
- 3+ years of hands-on quantum computing research or industry experience
- Expertise in quantum programming languages (Qiskit, Cirq, Q#) and frameworks
- Deep understanding of quantum algorithms and complexity theory
- Proven track record of high-impact publications or patents
- Strong proficiency in Python, C++, and cloud quantum platforms
