Responsibilities
- Design and implement fault-tolerant quantum algorithms for real-world applications
- Architect hybrid classical-quantum computing frameworks leveraging AWS Braket and IBM Quantum
- Lead quantum error correction protocol development for scalable quantum processors
- Optimize quantum circuit performance using advanced compilation techniques
- Collaborate with hardware teams to translate theoretical models into physical implementations
- Pioneer quantum machine learning models for predictive analytics and optimization
- Mentor junior quantum engineers and publish breakthrough research in peer-reviewed journals
Qualifications
- PhD in Quantum Computing, Physics, or Computer Science (or equivalent experience)
- 3+ years developing quantum algorithms using Qiskit, Cirq, or similar frameworks
- Expertise in quantum error correction codes and fault-tolerant architectures
- Proficiency in Python, C++, and quantum circuit optimization techniques
- Published research in quantum computing or related fields (arXiv/journal papers)
- Experience with quantum cloud platforms (Azure Quantum, Google Quantum AI)
- Demonstrated ability to translate complex quantum concepts into practical solutions
- Strong background in linear algebra, probability theory, and computational complexity
