Responsibilities
- Handle high-volume inbound/outbound calls and virtual chats for DMV-related services
- Process driver's license renewals, vehicle registrations, and title transfers via digital platforms
- Maintain accurate customer records in DMV database systems
- Resolve complex inquiries by researching policies and coordinating with state agencies
- Document all interactions in CRM systems with 100% compliance
- Meet/exceed performance metrics for call quality and resolution times
Qualifications
- 1+ years of customer service experience in regulated environments
- Proficient with CRM software (Salesforce/Zendesk) and MS Office Suite
- Excellent verbal/written communication skills in English and Spanish
- Ability to multitask in fast-paced digital environments
- Valid Texas driver's license with clean driving record
- High-speed home internet and quiet workspace required
