Responsibilities
- Provide accurate DMV information via phone, email, and virtual chat
- Process license renewals, registrations, and title transfers
- Resolve customer inquiries using state DMV databases
- Document interactions in CRM system with precision
- Collaborate with state agencies to resolve complex cases
- Maintain strict compliance with Arizona DMV regulations
- Train on new DMV systems and policy updates
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years customer service experience
- Proficient with CRM software and virtual communication tools
- Ability to pass Arizona DMV background check
- Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution skills
- High school diploma or equivalent (college preferred)
- Type 45+ WPM with 95% accuracy
- Available to work evenings/weekends as needed
- Arizona residency required
