Responsibilities
- Process and adjudicate veterans' benefit claims with 99% accuracy
- Utilize VA systems (VBMS, VBA) for documentation and tracking
- Communicate with veterans and stakeholders via secure channels
- Maintain compliance with federal regulations and privacy standards
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams for complex cases
- Generate reports and analytics for performance improvement
- Participate in ongoing training and process optimization
Qualifications
- U.S. citizenship required
