Responsibilities
- Process and maintain accurate court records, filings, and legal documents in digital case management systems
- Provide remote support to judges, attorneys, and the public regarding court procedures, deadlines, and documentation requirements
- Coordinate virtual hearings and proceedings by managing electronic evidence, witness coordination, and technical troubleshooting
- Generate official court orders, judgments, and administrative communications with meticulous attention to legal formatting
- Conduct quality assurance reviews of all documentation to ensure compliance with state and federal regulations
- Manage confidential data with HIPAA/GDPR-level security protocols while maintaining digital records integrity
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years of experience in legal administration, court services, or judicial environments
- Proficiency with digital case management systems (e.g., Odyssey, Tyler, or equivalent)
- Expert knowledge of Oregon Revised Statutes (ORS) and court procedures
- Exceptional attention to detail with zero-tolerance for documentation errors
- Strong written and verbal communication skills for legal correspondence
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision in remote settings
- Valid Oregon Notary Public commission or ability to obtain within 30 days
