Responsibilities
- Operate X-ray scanners, metal detectors, and CT systems to screen passengers and baggage
- Conduct thorough pat-down searches and explosive trace detection procedures
- Monitor security checkpoints and respond to suspicious activity per TSA protocols
- Enforce security regulations while maintaining professional passenger interactions
- Document security incidents and maintain accurate screening records
- Collaborate with law enforcement and airport personnel during emergency situations

Qualifications
- U.S. citizenship required
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED)
- Pass TSA background investigation and security clearance
- Ability to work rotating shifts, nights, weekends, and holidays
- Strong attention to detail and observational skills
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 lbs
- Basic computer proficiency for screening equipment operation
- Must meet TSA medical and fitness standards
