- Ensure compliance with federal data security standards (FISMA, HIPAA)
- Present findings to stakeholders through clear visualizations and executive summaries
- Collaborate with IT teams to optimize database performance and data governance

Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Data Science, Statistics, Computer Science, or related field
- 3+ years of experience in data analysis with federal compliance knowledge
- Advanced proficiency in SQL, Python (Pandas, NumPy), and R
- Expertise in data visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI)
- Familiarity with federal data regulations (FISMA, HIPAA, 21st Century Cures Act)
