Responsibilities
- Conduct security risk assessments and vulnerability analyses of federal facilities
- Develop and implement physical security plans compliant with federal regulations
- Monitor CCTV systems and access control points for suspicious activities
- Coordinate with law enforcement agencies during security incidents
- Train personnel on security protocols and emergency procedures
- Prepare detailed security reports and compliance documentation
- Manage security systems including alarms, locks, and surveillance equipment
Qualifications
- U.S. citizenship required
- Bachelor's degree in Security Management or related field
- Minimum 3 years security or law enforcement experience
- Active Secret security clearance (or ability to obtain)
- Knowledge of federal security regulations (NISP, FSO standards)
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Proficient in security systems and threat assessment tools
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
