Responsibilities
- Conduct comprehensive physical and cybersecurity risk assessments for federal facilities in Manhattan
- Develop and enforce security protocols aligned with DHS and FISMA standards
- Lead emergency response planning and crisis management initiatives
- Collaborate with FBI, TSA, and NYPD on joint security operations
- Manage access control systems and security personnel deployment
- Prepare detailed security incident reports and compliance documentation
- Maintain continuous surveillance of critical infrastructure vulnerabilities
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Security Management, Criminal Justice, or related field
- Minimum 3 years experience in federal or corporate security
- Active TS/SCI security clearance or ability to obtain one
- Certified Protection Professional (CPP) designation preferred
- Expertise in threat assessment and risk analysis methodologies
- Proficiency in security systems (CCTV, access control, alarm monitoring)
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- U.S. citizenship and ability to pass federal background check
