Responsibilities
- Define and execute the long-term AI strategy for Nexus Horizon Labs, specifically focusing on advancements anticipated for 2026.
- Lead the architecture and development of large-scale generative AI models, ensuring high accuracy and low latency.
- Oversee the integration of ethical AI frameworks and bias mitigation strategies into core model training pipelines.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate technical capabilities into market-ready products and services.
- Stay ahead of global AI regulatory changes and ensure company compliance.
- Mentor junior researchers and engineers to foster a culture of innovation.
Qualifications
- 10+ years of experience in Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, or Data Science, with at least 5 years in a senior leadership role.
- Advanced degree (PhD or Master’s) in Computer Science, Computational Linguistics, or a related quantitative field.
- Deep expertise in Deep Learning, Transformers, and Generative Adversarial Networks (GANs).
- Proven track record of leading high-performance engineering teams in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong understanding of the ethical implications of AI, including data privacy and algorithmic transparency.
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to explain complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
